Christmas Thanks

Dear Mondial Assistance,

I would just like to thank you for all the help and support you gave me and my family when I was taken to hospital in Lapland.  The look on my youngest daughters face when I actually made it home on Christmas morning was priceless!

I know you said you were just doing your job but I think you did more than that and I just wanted to let you know hoe much it is appreciated by my whole family.
